Board of Appeals Annuls ECHA's Request for More Information on Four REACH Nanomaterial Dossiers

Review of Nanomaterial Products and Application in Agriculture, Feed, and Food in the EU

A review has been published in the August 2016 issue of Trends in Food Science & Technology which was requested by the European Food and Safety Authority (EFSA) regarding applications of nanomaterials which are already marketed and in-development in the agri/feed/food sectors.READ MORE HERE.

Regulation of Nanomaterials Under CEPA Proposed in Canada

The bill, titled Act to amend the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA) (nanotechnology) (C-287) would amend CEPA and set up procedures for “the investigation and assessment of nanomaterials”. READ MORE HERE.
