Make plans to attend the 2021 AIFST Convention which will bring together an exciting, diverse and experienced line-up of international and local speakers to share their knowledge, insights and learnings about what the future holds for the food industry both here and beyond our shores. 

The Convention program will feature a number of keynote speakers in our plenary sessions and 4 breakout stream sessions each day.
