Jo Anne Shatkin will participate as a presenter, facilitator and panelist on cultured meat safety in the Singapore Food Agency’s 4th Roundtable on Novel Food Regulations. Attendees at this invitation-only event, held in conjunction with the Singapore International Agri-Food Week, will share best practices and experiences on safety assessment and regulation of novel foods, such as cell-cultivated meat and food ingredients made using new production systems.
