Bioplastic Headphones

Finnish design studio Aivan has created headphones comprised of biomaterials. The demonstration project showcases six materials produced by microbes and fungi, including a polylactic acid polymer (suitable for 3D printing), hydrophobin, cellulose, mycelium and synthetic spider silk.
