Novel Protein Created using Soil Bacteria.

Pasi Vainikka, CEO of Solar Foods in Finland and graduate of Cranfield University, has created a new protein from soil bacteria which was fed hydrogen spilt from water by electricity. The protein can be used to make a flour which is tasteless and could be used in a variety of food and animal feed.
