Noblegen Launching Non-GMO Complete Source Protein that is Comparable to Animal Protein

Canadian-based company Noblegen will launch a meat alternative into the marketplace in October 2019 which is non-GMO and derived from Euglena gracilis. This microorganism can also be manipulated to create cost-effect palm oil replacements and beta-glucan.
