Vireo Advisors, LLC, in collaboration with the Good Food Institute Asia Pacific, and Future Ready Food Safety Hub (FRESH) have developed a safety assessment framework for culture media components, including a preliminary list of those commonly used in cultivated meat and seafood production, a proposed categorization, and safety-assessed use levels.
